Hansen’s compost is STA-certified, which means it follows the U.S. Seal of Testing Assurance Program, the only program that certifies the quality of compost. In order to hold this certification, Hansen’s compost products undergo regular testing, offer technical data and test results to customers. The test guidelines ensure the product contains the proper nutrients for optimum plant growth.
In 2005, Hansen’s was the first tree-care company in the state certified by the Tree Care Industry Association. By using a TCIA-certified company, consumers can be assured of hiring a professional, ethical tree care company that has been inspected by TCIA for proper business practices, professional employees, quality service and customer satisfaction.
