I wanted to take a moment and tell you how pleased I was with your company, your people and the service that you provided.
I met your salesman, Adam Davis, who told me about some of your lawn services that you provide. In that meeting, he told me that I could come to your facility in O’Fallon and get mulch and “super soil,” which I promptly did. It was simple, easy and professional. Adam is supposed to be preparing a quote for some lawn work and I look forward to seeing what he can offer.
I met your salesman, Russ Talley, and he gave me a quote on some tree work that needed to be done at my home. He was very professional and clearly knew what he was talking about. I instantly cancelled the proposal from one of your competitors and told Russ to schedule the work.. Soon after that, a wonderful lady by the name of Kelly called and set the appointment. She was very pleasant to speak to and she tried her best to work around my schedule.
On September 30th, Jeremy, Jackson and Mike came out to my home and spent a few hours taking down a tree and removing dead branches from another. These guys were amazing! They were professional, hard-working, and just plain good. They got to the job site early, so they spent time cleaning their equipment. They did exactly what Russ said that they were going to do, and they just did it so professionally.
I wanted to take a moment and really brag on your company and your people. I have dealt with one of your competitors in the last couple of years and all I ever got was an ‘attitude.’ They knew it all, treated me like dirt, and only had one schedule to work with, and it wasn’t mine.
I own a manufacturing business in Wentzville and I know the value of good employees. They will make or break our business.
Your people will attest that I have a lot of trees on my property at my home. A lot of trees that will need work over the years. You definitely have a new, loyal customer.
